PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material for an electrochemical cell, excellent in resistance to an electrolytic solution.SOLUTION: In a packaging material 110 for an electrochemical cell, at least a barrier layer 114 including a base material layer 112, an adhesive layer 113 and a metal foil, from the outside, and a thermally adhesive layer 116 including a thermally adhesive resin are laminated sequentially. A protective layer 111 constituted of a resin comprising a main agent, a hardener and an amine-containing crosslinking agent is provided on the external surface of the base material layer 112. |
