PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined container-injection syringe capable of being handled easily with one hand and without requiring complicated operation in use.SOLUTION: In a combined container-injection syringe, a cylindrical opening part as a finger grip attached to a rear end of an injection cylinder becomes narrower from the rear end of the injection cylinder to a tip end thereof, and a guide cylinder into which a plunger rod is inserted has a stop projection part projecting diagonally outside and forward so as to open in a direction from a rear end of the guide cylinder to a tip end thereof in relation to a longitudinal axis line. An accommodating projection part which projects to a direction of a body of the plunger rod is provided internally in the stop projection part, and the body of the plunger rod has an accommodating groove for receiving the accommodating projection part, the accommodating projection part of the guide cylinder being in contact with the body of the plunger rod. |
