PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply determining whether a target exhibiting a Raynaud's symptom has collagen disease as underlying disease by one time diagnosis.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for diagnosing a Raynaud's symptom due to collagen disease, or more precisely, is a method for diagnosing the Raynaud's symptom due to collagen disease by detecting anti-hnRNP-K auto-antibodies in a biological specimen. The provided method for diagnosing the Raynaud's symptom due to collagen disease includes the steps of: detecting the anti-hnRNP-K auto-antibodies in the biological specimen; and detecting hnRNP-K antigens existing on surfaces of specimen cells extracted from a living body. Also, a kit is provided for diagnosing the Raynaud's symptom due to collagen disease that includes a solid phase on which the hnRNP-K antigens are fixed. |
