PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig capable of smoothly polishing front and back surfaces of a rectangular hollow workpiece with a pair of polishing tools, without damaging the surfaces.SOLUTION: A jig 1 for a rectangular hollow workpiece includes: a workpiece jig placement base 2 long in a lateral direction; and a workpiece jig base 1a provided so as to be movable on a top face of the workpiece jig placement base, in a front-back direction. On a top face of the workpiece jig base 1a, there are provided, at regular intervals, multiple recesses 1b into which bottom parts of rectangular hollow workpieces w can be inserted. At the center of the recess 1b, there is provided a support standing plate 1e which can penetrate a hollow part of the bottom part of the workpiece w, and at grooves 1c provided at both left and right side faces of the recess 1b, a pair of plate spring standing pieces 1d, 1dto press shoulders or left and right head top parts of the workpiece w are stood and provided. |
