PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route disclosure device and a route disclosure method, which are capable of disclosing a highly accurate movement route while maintaining protection of personal information.SOLUTION: A server apparatus 3 includes: server storage means 31 for storing a map; route obtainment means 322 for obtaining a movement route on a map; mask point obtainment means 323 for obtaining a predetermined mask point on the movement route; route introduction information generation means 325 for overlapping the movement route on the map and generating route introduction information produced by overlapping a mask image masking the mask point obtained by the mask point obtainment means 323 on the movement route; and route disclosure means 326 for disclosing the route introduction information onto a network so as to be browsed.
