A waist supporting device for physical treatment comprises a belt(20) for completely enclosing the waist contours of a human body as harness means, an air chamber(24) integrally attached to the belt(20) for applying the equal pressure to the waist, a heater(24) for heating the air within the chamber(24) to perform the function for physiologically curing the muscle sickness, and expanding means for expanding the chamber(24) up to the pressure enough to attain the purpose for applying the biomechanical restriction to a certain muscle within the waist to perform the function for preventing lumbago and as walking aid means.
