The invention relates to a pull-out guide (1) comprising a fixable guide rail (2); a running rail (4) which is movably mounted via rolling bodies (5), wherein a central rail (3) is optionally arranged between the guide rail and the running rail; and at least one latching device (6) with a flexible spring element (7, 30) for removably fixing the running rail (4), the guide rail (2), and/or the optional central rail (3) in a latching position. The spring element (7, 30) engages between two rolling bodies (5) in the latching position in order to prevent the running rail (4), the guide rail (2), and/or the optional central rail (3) from moving. In this manner, the spring element can be moved by means of the rolling body such that the contact surfaces lie in a lubricated region, thereby extending the service life. |
