PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hat interior attachment that can provide a user with a good feeling of fitness, and a hat using the hat interior attachment.SOLUTION: A hat interior attachment 1A comprises: a hammock 1 provided in a helmet body 110, to be in contact with the crown of the head of a user when the helmet body 110 is put on the head; and a head band 2 connected to the hammock 1 to extend from the forehead through the sides of the head and be in contact with the back of the head. The head band 2 includes a front member 12 to be in contact with the forehead, and a rear member 13 connected to the front member 12 to be in contact with the back of the head. The rear member 13 at substantially the entire portion near the back of the head is curved into a three-dimensional shape along the contours of the back of the head, and is provided with a protrusion 21a protruding downward during use to be lower than the front member 12 and in contact with the back of the head. |
