PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burden on a person who cooks every day as far as possible, in carrying out nutritional management.SOLUTION: A menu of breakfast, lunch, dinner and a lunch box is selected from computerized dish recipes, on the basis of member's restricted ingredient information, upper intake limits, preferences, the distinction of sex, a residential area, age and an occupation, and thereafter complete photographs, cooking methods, ingredients, amounts, and ingredient tables are sent in a list to the member. The dinner is utilized by searching a restaurant where menu ingredient information is registered, from a personal computer or a mobile terminal. Utilized data are replaced with a pre-selected meal. |
