PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly cut off a flat cable.SOLUTION: A rotary connector device 1 is formed with an annular spae S between a rotor 2 and a stator 6, and provided with a flat cable 10 for connecting a connector on the rotor 2 side and a connector on the stator 6 in the annular space S. The stator 6 has an annular wall 83 surrounding the annular space S, and one end 10c side of the flat cable 10 is drawn to the outside of the annular space S through an opening portion 85 provided on the annular wall 83. On a side edge portion 831 of the opening portion 85 on the annular wall 83, a first projecting portion 86 and a second projecting portion 87 are provided so as to project out to a side edge portion 832 side positioned on the opposite side across the opening portion 85. The first projecting portion 86 is a rectangular protrusion when viewed from an inner diameter side, and the second projecting portion 87 is a pointed projecting protrusion when viewed from the inner diameter side. The first projecting portion 86 and the second projecting portion 87 are provided side by side in a height direction of the annular wall 83. |
