摘要 The purpose is to provide an on-demand control system that: supplies electric power to electric machines by changing the priorities among the electric machines according to the circumstances of use by the user rather than by previously determined fixed priorities; is capable of limiting in real time the supply of electric power from a commercial power source in response to requests for electric power needed by the user; and controls the supply of electric power so as to match the QoL required by the user in day-to-day life. This on-demand electric power control system is a multiple power source management system for on-demand electric power control systems, the system being provided with multiple power sources, multiple electric machines, smart taps connected to said electric machines, a multiple power source management device that has a memory and controls the supply of electric power to the electric machines, and a network for connecting the multiple power source management device via the smart taps. The multiple power source management system for on-demand electric power control systems is characterized in that the multiple power source management device is provided with: an electric power supply plan-generating means, which uses an electric power use plan of a commercial power source for the initial values of the capacitor supply plan, and generates an electric power supply plan by repeating the process of searching for the time period in which the extent of non-satisfaction of the initial value for the time period was maximal and designating same as the time shift target and searching for the time period in which the extent of non-satisfaction was minimal and designating same as the time shift origin, until the extent of non-satisfaction at the time shift target becomes smaller than the extent of non-satisfaction at the time shift origin; a supplied electric power target value-updating means for determining a target value for supplied electric power for each of the multiple power sources and updating by feeding back, at a minimum control interval, the error between the actual amount of electric power supplied and the supplied electric power target value; and an electric power/power source-reconciling means for reconciling the electric power and the power sources so that formula (1) and formula (2) are satisfied simultaneously by repeating the processes of selecting the machine with the lowest priority from among the electric machines requiring electric power and the electric machines in use and the power source for which the power source load factor is maximal and of either reducing or stopping the electric power to the electric machine while reducing the electric power supplied by the power source by the amount of electric power reduction until the two formulas are satisfied.
