摘要 <p>Disclosed is an 1E-grade bilayer heat-shrink tube for a nuclear power station, the tube comprising an outer layer and an inner layer, the inner layer being a hot melt adhesive layer and the outer layer being a heat-shrink layer; the outer layer consists of the following components: by weight, 20-40 parts of low density polyethylene, 60-80 parts of an ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer, 40-60 parts of an ethylene-propylene rubber, 20-40 parts of decabromodiphenylethane, 10-20 parts of antimonous oxide, 8-15 parts of dysprosium oxide, 4-8 parts of a composite antioxidant, and 1-2 parts of a light stabilizer; the inner layer consists of the following components: by weight, 100 parts of an ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer, 10-30 parts of an ethylene-propylene rubber, 8-15 parts of dysprosium oxide, 4-8 parts of a composite antioxidant and 1-2 parts of a light stabilizer. The 1E-grade bilayer heat-shrink tube for a nuclear power station in the present invention has excellent water-proof and moisture-proof performance, excellent heat resistance, radiation resistance, and high-temperature and high-pressure steam resistance, and the required insulating performance and voltage resistance.</p>
