The present invention relates to a device for processing the surrounding environment noise reduction of an earphone and headphone and, more specifically, to a noise reduction processing device of an earphone and headphone for removing a surrounding noise with an inverse noise by using a destructive interference principle in sound as an active noise elimination technology. The noise reduction processing device of an earphone and headphone provided by the present invention includes: a hearing loss preventing unit (100) for reducing an excessive level through a dynamic process; and a noise reducing unit (200) for sensing a surrounding noise by obtaining and outputting a microphone (10) signal by adding a sound for noise offset to a sound outputting signal. The present invention has an effect of making the headphone development of an ear covering shape unnecessary and a merit of having excellent distinctiveness by including a hearing loss preventing technology by forming a sound section in order to eliminate a noise approaching an eardrum by transmitting a noise signal by using an architecture of a feed forward way not a feedback way.
