A paperboard grease resistant disposable food container having a single unitary paperboard sheet folded to define a front panel, a back panel, inter connecting side panels joining said front and back panels, a base portion having a pair of folded flaps each inter-connected respectively to either said front or back panel. The pair of foldable flaps collapsible one on top of the other wherein said food container is in an operable configuration for holding food and the top flap is arranged to be extendible across the entire base portion of the food container and wherein said top flap is characterised in having a sheet of grease resistant paper attached to said top flap food contact surface. |
