PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently signal information necessary for rate matching even when a CoMP transmission/reception technology is applied.SOLUTION: CoMP transmission are scheduled in which a plurality of wireless base station devices (eNBs) as transmission points perform coordinated multipoint transmission to a user terminal (UE); on the basis of a table in which a necessary rate matching pattern corresponding to the transmission form of the CoMP transmission is mapped to bit data, downlink control information is generated incorporating the rate matching pattern into a physical downlink control channel; the physical downlink control channel is transmitted and a physical downlink shared data channel is transmitted to the user terminal (UE); and the rate matching pattern included in the downlink control information is identified at the user terminal (UE) on the basis of a table having the same content as that of the wireless base station devices (eNBs).
