PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute contents to a plurality of terminals efficiently even when the number of contents increases.SOLUTION: A content server 101 distributes contents addressing situations different for each of a plurality of terminals 103 via a network. The content server 101 includes: a display information management unit 1207 that separates a content common to the plurality of terminals 103 and a content individual to each of the plurality of terminals 103; and a display information distribution unit 1208 that distributes the common content separated by the display information management unit 1207 by multicast, and distributes the individual content by unicast.
