PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conjugate of a metallic material and a resin material that has satisfactory conjugating strength between the metallic material and the resin material, and in which a metal kind and a shape of the metallic material in the conjugate can be designed according to application.SOLUTION: A conjugate of a metallic material and a resin material is a conjugate in which the metallic material 11 and the resin material 12 are conjugated through a conjugating boundary surface, and is characterized in that the resin material 12 includes a thermoplastic resin material having at least one functional group chosen from thiol, amide, imide, ester and ether, a rugged shape comprising a metal particle is formed in a region of a conjugating boundary surface of the metallic material 11, the gross area of an irregularity region has at least 40% of a size to a size of an area of a conjugating boundary surface region, the metal particle is a particle including at least one metal chosen from a group consisting of Au, Ag, Cu, Pt, Ru, Pd, Ir, Os and Rh, and at least one part of the conjugating boundary surface region on a surface of the metallic material 11 is performed by organic modification by an organic compound. |
