PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking stove burner capable of maintaining stable combustion even when flames are made small.SOLUTION: A burner head has a cylindrical wall in a cylindrical shape projected downward from an outer edge part of a ceiling part in an annular shape, a plurality of flame holes are formed in an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical wall, and a lower end side of the cylindrical wall is placed on a burner body. Then the burner body has a shelf part formed tilting down radially outward from the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical wall within a range of 0-30° and also having an outer end at a distance of 3 mm or larger from the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical wall. Consequently, the shelf part improves flame holding properties so as to maintain stable combustion even when flames are made small. |
