The present invention relates to a method for inducing germination of seeds in Pruns yedoensis, and more particularly, to a method for efficiently inducing germination of seeds by immersing Pruns yedoensis in a gibberellin solution, performing rotational culturing, sowing the seeds in the soil, and then performing warm and humid treatment. According to the present invention, even a general farmer can easily germinate seeds of Pruns yedoensis, thereby attaining high efficiency in the germination of seeds of Pruns yedoensis through a very simple method, as compared with the existing method for germinating seeds of Pruns yedoensis requiring lots of labor and time and causing a high loss of seeds during a germinating procedure.
