The present invention relates to a smartphone cradle. The smartphone cradle with a video output according to the present invention comprises: a cradle which is connected to a smartphone and includes a handset in which a sending and receiving button is installed; a gender which connects the smartphone and the cradle; a control unit which allows the handset of the cradle to be used for a call by transmitting and receiving data and sound when the smartphone and the cradle are connected by the gender; an image signal control unit which outputs digital content which is replayed on the smartphone to any display device which is connected to an output terminal when the smartphone and the cradle are connected by the gender; and a video output including the output terminal which is installed in the cradle and can be connected to any display devices. According to the present invention, when the smartphone receives or sends a call, the content of sending and receiving is displayed on the external display device. At the same time the call can be controlled by the handset in the cradle without pressing a call button separately. Moreover, a user can watch digital content, which is replayed on the smartphone, on an external displace device.
