The present invention relates to an electric bus comprising: an exchangeable battery for exchanging a discharged battery with a charged battery via a battery exchange station; a charging type battery chargeable by a plug-in method and arranged for supplying power after the exchangeable battery is discharged; a battery manager for monitoring the states of the exchangeable battery and the charging type battery and supplying information on the battery states; and a battery converter for selecting a battery for supplying power, between the exchangeable battery and the charging type battery based on the information on the battery states, and converting a power supply path to make the selected battery supply the power. The exchangeable battery can continuously supply a power source by additionally mounting a exchangeable battery chargeable by a plug-in method for the case that driving the exchangeable battery is impossible, and controlling the power supply path based on the information on the battery states such as the battery state of charge and the disorder.
