A cannula (100) includes a first clamping surface (112) on a closing portion (110) of the cannula, a second clamping surface (122) on a base (120) of a cannula, a connecting structure (130) that connects the closing portion and the base. The connecting structure may allow the closing portion to be rotated around the second clamping surface. The cannula may include a repeatably removable handle (140).
