A disclosed coupling device for a passenger airbag module includes a chute which is combined with the rear surface of an instrument panel and has at least one fixture piece that has a fixing hole on one side thereof; at least one bracket which is formed on one side of the housing corresponding to the fixing hole and has a bracket hole corresponding to the fixing hole; an insertion bar inserted through the fixing hole and a bracket hole; and at least one coupling plate which has an open cutting hole to be inserted into at least one circumference of upper and lower protruding areas of the insertion bar protruding from the fixing hole and the bracket hole in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the insertion bar to prevent the insertion bar from being separated from the fixing hole and the bracket hole, and comes in contact with at least one surface of either the upper surface of the fixture piece or the lower surface of the bracket.
