UNIVERSAL STATICALLY INDETERMINATE HYDRAULIC SUPPORT

A universal statically indeterminate hydraulic support mainly consists of a top beam (5), a base (1), eight hydraulic stand columns (4), a front beam (7), a telescopic beam (9), a tail beam (3), a connection plate (2), a hydraulic control valve component (12), and a push device (14). The eight hydraulic stand columns (4) are symmetrically arranged between the top beam (5) and the base (1) in a meshed manner. Upper ends of the eight hydraulic stand columns (4) are connected with the top beam (5) in a hinged manner, and lower ends of the eight hydraulic stand columns (4) are connected with the base (1) in a hinged manner. The front beam (7) is connected with the top beam (5) in a hinged manner. The telescopic beam (9) is disposed in the front beam (7). A sprag (11) is connected with the telescopic beam (9) in a hinged manner. An upper end of the tail beam (3) is connected with the top beam (5) in a hinged manner, and a lower end of the tail beam (3) is connected with an upper end of the connection plate (2) in a hinged manner. A lower end of the connection plate (2) is connected with a lifting frame (15) in a hinged manner. The lifting frame (15) is welded with the base (1) integrally. The hydraulic control valve component (12) is arranged on an over-bridge box (13) which is welded with the base (1) integrally; the front and rear ends of the push device (14) are connected with the base (1) and a scraper conveyor (16) in a hinged manner respectively. The support is simple in structure and process, good in stability, safe and reliable in use, and practical in a wide range.
