PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable, in a vehicle seat capable of adjusting an angle of a seat back to a seat cushion and having an ottoman in front of the seat cushion, full-reclining movement of the seat back by disabling an interlocking function applied to the seat back and the ottoman, in forward-reclining movement of the seat back with the ottoman being in a storage position.SOLUTION: A vehicle seat is provided with an interlocking mechanism for causing a seat back and an ottoman to be interlocked with each other so that the ottoman is stored in a storage position in a lower area at the front of a seat cushion in response to the seat back being in a normal use position suitable for seating and a leg part of an occupant is supported from below by moving the ottoman from the storage position to an unfolding position at the front of the seat cushion in response to backward tilting movement of the seat back from the normal use position, and an absorption mechanism 70 for absorbing movement of the ottoman caused by the interlocking mechanism according to forward tilting movement of the seat back from the normal use position. |
