PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat exchange which is not enlarged, a heat exchanger in which a device performance is not reduced, and a heat exchange in which a pressure resistant strength is not reduced.SOLUTION: The heat exchanger comprises at least a heat conduction member in which at least one first fluid flow passage in which a first fluid flows, at least one second fluid flow passage row where a plurality of second fluid flow passages in which a second fluid exchanging heat with the first fluid flows are provided in a row shape, and at least one third fluid flow passage in which the second fluid flows are formed at least.
