<p>The present invention is an electronic commerce transaction method, and provides a network platform to enable an online member to be capable of performing enquiry, bargaining, and transaction on unlisted stocks in a website. To avoid price speculation, website personnel confirm the legality and the authenticity of unlisted stocks; therefore, after a buyer member and a seller member agree with the price, the website personnel start to proceed with phone confirmation, and provide a remittance account for the buyer member and collect documents related to unlisted stocks from the seller member, and transfer ownership after everything is ready, and then, provide stock capitals and unlisted stocks for the buyer member and the seller member, respectively. Performance guarantee will be entirely executed by a lawyer after a transaction sheet is confirmed; in this way, the openness, fairness, transparency, and safety of transaction of unlisted stocks can be significantly increased.</p> |
