<p>Disclosed are a method, device and system for reversed single radio voice continuity (rSRVCC) handover. The method comprises: receiving a relocation request message sent by a target SGSN; determining that handover requested by the relocation request message is rSRVCC handover; and performing rSRVCC handover processing according to the relocation request message. By implementing the embodiments of the present invention, the success rate of rSRVCC handover can be increased, thereby ensuring continuity of voice data transmission and improving the communication quality.</p>
