<p>The present invention relates to a method for preparing hybridized ribonucleic acid, a cDNA derived from the same, and a derivative therefrom, and more particularly, to a method for preparing a hybridized ribonucleic acid wherein an additaional sequence is combined at the 5' end, a cDNA derived from same, and diverse application techniques using the same. The present invention can provide the hybridized ribonucleic acid wherein an additaional sequence is combined at the 5' end, the cDNA derived from the same, and the derivative therefrom, and can identify specific sequence information at the 5' end or a RAN transcriptome. For example, the present invention can be applicated to mapping a transcription starting region within a genome, identifying a new transcription starting region, confirming a new transcriptom and a rare transcriptom, and specializing expression of a global gene and a protein in a specific cell.
