PURPOSE: An assembling jig for a resilient mounting of a railway vehicle is provided to prevent environmental pollution caused by the leakage of fluid by precluding the use of a hydraulic cylinder. CONSTITUTION: An assembling jig for a resilient mounting of a railway vehicle comprises a control bar, a fixing nut(120), a push block(130), a pressure nut(150) and a support member(140). The control bar is formed into a bar shape and is equipped with a thread on the outer surface. The fixing nut is fixed to the end of the control bar. The push block is inserted with the control bar; is supported by the fixing nut; and downwardly supports resilient mounting in the separating direction from a reducer. The support member is inserted with the control bar; is supported by the top of the reducer; and forms a accommodating space for the resilient mounting in the disassemble of the resilient mounting. The pressure nut is screwed into the thread of the control bar and pressurizes the top of the support member. |
