PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate output light in which color irregularity is reduced even when there is a difference in angle characteristics of light from a plurality of semiconductor light sources, in a light source device which generates output light by combining the light from the semiconductor light sources.SOLUTION: A light source device 1 is provided which comprises: a plurality of semiconductor light sources 21, 22 which output light L1, L2 of wavelengths being different from each other; a plurality of light parallelizing sections 31, 32 for making the light L1, L2 from the plurality of semiconductor light sources 21, 22 into parallel light; a combination section 4 for combining the plurality of parallel light L1, L2 generated by the light parallelizing sections 31, 32 into a single light path; a light guide 7 of which an incidence terminal 7a is disposed on the single light path; a convergence section 5 for converging the parallel light L1, L2 combined by the combination section 4 to the incidence terminal 7a; and a light distribution characteristic adjusting section 6 for adjusting light flux diameters of the plurality of light L1, L2 so as to substantially match the number of openings between the plurality of light L1, L2 made incident to the incidence terminal 7a. |
