PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for isolating pig gonocytes, in which pig gonocytes can be simply and efficiently isolated.SOLUTION: There provided is a method for isolating pig gonocytes by flow cytometry, which means that in the method for isolating pig gonocytes, the flow cytometry is carried out by using at least one kind of antibody chosen from among anti-CD44, anti-CD47 and anti-CD147 antibodies. |
