PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor signal processing device capable of improving measurement accuracy by effectively using other axis sensitivity unique to a sensor element.SOLUTION: A sensor signal processing device for processing n sensor signals configured based ion m physical amounts comprises: n sensors 1-1 to 1-n including at least one sensor for detecting two or more different physical amounts among m physical amounts and outputting data according to the two or more different physical amounts; a signal processing section 2 for sequentially digitizing the outputs of the n sensors and obtaining the output data of the n digitized sensors; and a calculation section 3 for calculating m physical amounts from the output data of the obtained n sensors based on a predetermined arithmetic operation.
