PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning appliance capable of easily exchanging media without sucking up cell aggregates and further securely recovering cell aggregates without being collapsed.SOLUTION: The positioning appliance is used by being mounted on a substrate having a well opened to either face, and decides the position to the well of a capillary feeding a liquid to the well or sucking-up the same. The positioning appliance has: a top board; and a fixing part provided at the top board and fixing the positioning appliance to the substrate. The top board is formed with first holes and second holes for inserting the capillary at the positions corresponding to the well when the positioning appliance is mounted on the substrate. In this way, the tip position of the capillary to the well can be controlled, the exchange of media is easily performed without sucking up cell aggregates, and further, cell aggregates can be securely recovered without being collapsed. |
