PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce detection error by reducing influences of magnetic coupling of the SIN phase coil and the COS phase coil of a sensor stator with two connecting lines of a rotary transformer coil.SOLUTION: An angle sensor comprises a sensor rotor in which a planar coil is formed and a sensor stator 6 which is arranged opposing the sensor rotor with a gap in-between and has a planar coil 32 formed in the sensor. The planar coil 32 of the sensor stator 6 includes the SIN phase coil 41A and the COS phase coil 41B each formed in an annular shape and a rotary transformer coil 42 which is arranged diametrically inside an area in which the two coils 41A and 41B are disposed. The rotary transformer coil 42 includes two connecting lines 45A and 45B connected to an external circuit, and the two connecting lines 45A and 45B are so arranged as to override the two coils 41A and 41B. The two connecting lines 45A and 45B are arranged one over the other, with an insulating film in-between, at a position where they override the two coils 41A and 41B. |
