PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum type washing machine capable of reducing vibration.SOLUTION: A drum type washing machine 1 includes: a rotary drum 20 horizontally provided with an opening 20a arranged in front; and an annular fluid balancer 30 where a fluid 33 is sealed and which is arranged at a peripheral edge of the opening 20a. In the fluid balancer 30, a plurality of fluid holding parts 40 having a pair of a first partition wall 41 and a second partition wall 42 extending in the radial direction and opposing with each other are arranged via space 45 in the circumferential direction. The first partition wall 41 arranged in the front of a rotation direction A of the rotary drum 20 at the time of dewatering is inclined with the outer peripheral side facing toward the front of the rotation direction A with respect to a normal N of an inner peripheral wall 31, and the second partition wall 42 arranged at the rear of the rotation direction A is inclined with the outer peripheral side facing toward the rear of the rotation direction A with respect to the normal N, having a prescribed gap 43 with respect to the first partition wall 41 on the inner peripheral side. Fluid passages 37 and 38 are formed, where the fluid 33 passes in the circumferential direction, between the fluid holding part 40 and the inner peripheral wall 31, and between the fluid holding part 40 and an outer peripheral wall 32. |
