PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load required for a service provider to manage personal information.SOLUTION: An authentication device 2 comprises: reception means 23 which receives a user ID by a telephone call from a servicer telephone 3 of a service provider; authentication means 26 which collates first authentication information transmitted from a user telephone 1 and second authentication information corresponding to the user ID that is registered with authentication storage means 27 at user registration, and when they match with each other, determines that authentication is successful; and connection means 23 which forwards a telephone call with the user telephone 1 to the servicer telephone 3 if the authentication is successful. The telephone call from the servicer telephone 3 is a forwarded telephone call from the user telephone 1 to the servicer telephone 3, and the user ID is received as a sub-address to be attached in forwarding the telephone call. |
