PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of reducing surge impedance since a ground wire from a lightning conductor or an arrester to the ground has self-inductance due to a single wire shape, and abnormal high voltage is induced thereon and do not allow a lightning protection function to be exhibited when a lightning surge having a large current and a high frequency flows on the ground wire.SOLUTION: Large capacitance of a ground conductor core wire 7 is required to reduce surge impedance. Surge impedance of an existing ground wire can be reduced to less than 1% by covering a metal tube 8 thicker than the outer diameter of a core wire conductor of the ground wire outside the core wire conductor, and charging and sealing a dielectric 9 having a large relative permittivity in a cylindrical space formed between the outer diameter of the core wire conductor and the inner diameter of the metal tube to form large capacitance. |
