PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is troublesome to start using a chat service because it is necessary to register a mail address of a non-member one by one when sending a message to the non-member from a member of the chat service for the first time.SOLUTION: The most appropriate communication method is determined based on registration information stored in memory when a request to start a chat service is received from a user terminal, and a message transmitted from the user terminal is converted into the communication method and transmitted to a destination. When the transmission destination is a registered member, a chat method is generally selected as the communication method applied to the communication with the transmission destination.
