PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell with wiring capable of locating the start point and end point of a connected cell at the ends of a cell array in the same direction, even for an arbitrary number of solar cell arrays, and to provide a solar cell module including the same, and a solar cell array.SOLUTION: The solar cell with wiring includes a first cell unit 1A consisting of a parallel connection of solar cells arranged contiguously in a first direction, and second cell units 1B, 1C each consisting of a parallel connection of solar cells arranged contiguously in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. The second cell units 1B, 1C are arranged contiguously to the first cell unit 1A in the first direction, and the first cell unit 1A and second cell units 1B, 1C are connected in series. |
