PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroacoustic transducer capable of improving electric connection with an electrode of a piezoelectric element, and to provide an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: An electroacoustic transducer 100 includes: a piezoelectric element 20; a first elastic member 30; a second elastic member 40; a support member 50; and a first conductor 60. The piezoelectric element 20 includes: a piezoelectric film 21 having piezoelectric characteristics; a first electrode 22 formed on one surface of the piezoelectric film 21; and a second electrode 23 formed on the other surface of the piezoelectric film 21. The first elastic member 30 supports a first electrode 22 side surface of the piezoelectric element 20. The second elastic member 40 is formed into a sheet shape and supports the first elastic member 30. The support member 50 supports a peripheral part of the second elastic member 40. The first conductor 60 is provided at the first elastic member 30 so as to penetrate through the first elastic member 30, and the first conductor 60 is connected with the first electrode 22. An opening 41 exposing the first conductor 60 is formed at the second elastic member 40.
