<p>A patient-friendly safety syringe is provided. The syringe is fitted with a retractor, a finger hold and a capsule. By using one hand, a practitioner is able to withdraw the cover of the capsule, expose the needle, and inject. The needle can be re-covered and re- exposed or the capsule can be removed and disposed. The capsule is provided as a disposable, sterilized assembly.</p> |
