PURPOSE: A method for determining a welding point of a cold-rolled steel sheet is provided to distinguish a hole-shaped faulty portion of the cold-rolled steel sheet and a welding hole even though an area of the hole-shaped faulty portion is similar to that of the welding hole. CONSTITUTION: A method for determining a welding point of a cold-rolled steel sheet (1) is as follows. The cold-rolled steel sheet is scanned so that the images thereof are obtained. Each pixel of the images is binarized. The images including the binarized pixels are opened-processed. The opened-processed images are closed-processed. Extracted property values of each blob and property values of the welding point are compared. The blob having a property value, in which a difference between the property value and the property value of the welding point of the minimum, is determined as a welding point. |
