A plurality of port cleaning devices are disposed along a string, roll or sheet. Each port cleaning device comprises a cap containing a fluid agent and an applicator material. A method of manufacturing the plurality of port cleaning devices comprises providing a sectioned length of material, with each individual section of the length being configured to have a port cleaning device affixed thereto. The port cleaning devices each include a line port cap. The individual port cleaning devices are affixed to the individual sections of the length of material. The plurality of port cleaning devices disposed along a string, or in rolls or sheets, can be used to clean an intravascular line port. An individual port cleaning device of the plurality of port cleaning devices is removed from the string, roll or sheet. The line port is able to be cleaned with the individual port cleaning device. |
