PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sterilized food product filled in a package and hermetically sealed which is excellent in spicy feeling of spice-containing food without losing balance of the aroma and/or the flavor of the whole of the food even when heat-sterilized or stored for a long term.SOLUTION: The heat-sterilized food product filled in a package and hermetically sealed contains smoked curry powder and unsmoked spices, has excellent flavor resulting from the unsmoked spices while having favorable smoky taste even after heat-sterilization treatment such as retort treatment or long-term storage, and is excellent in balance of the aroma and/or the flavor of the whole of the food. The heat-sterilized food product is excellent in spicy feeling of the food because of containing the unsmoked spices. |
