PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin foam in which flexibility can be maintained even under high compression, and that is excellent in imposition.SOLUTION: A resin foam is characterized in that a repulsive stress is 1.0-9.0 N/cmwhen being compressed by 80%, a maximum breaking strength regulated as follows is 1.0-10.0 MPa, a ratio of the maximum breaking strength regulated as follows to a breaking strength of an orthogonal direction to a maximum breaking strength direction (maximum breaking strength/breaking strength of a direction orthogonal to a maximum breaking strength direction) is 1.0-5.0. The maximum breaking strength: about a sheet-like resin foam, a breaking strength is measured in a given direction in a horizontal direction, next, rotation is performed by each 10° by making the given direction an axis, a breaking strength of each direction is measured, a direction in which a maximum breaking strength is measured is made a maximum breaking strength direction, and a breaking strength of the maximum breaking strength direction is made the maximum breaking strength. |
