PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance power generation performance of a fuel cell stack.SOLUTION: A fuel cell 10 is used in a fuel cell stack 100 formed by laminating a plurality of fuel cells 10. Each fuel cell 10 includes a membrane electrode assembly 30, first and second separators 20a, 20b sandwiching the membrane electrode assembly 30, and a seal portion 50 sandwiched between the first and second separators 20a, 20b so as to cover the outer periphery of the membrane electrode assembly 30. When the fuel cell 10 is viewed in the lamination direction, the outer periphery of the contact surface of the seal portion 50 for the first separator 20a is formed on the inside of deviation between the laminated fuel cells 10, for the outer periphery of the contact surface of the seal portion 50 for the second separator 20b. |
