PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink-type printer which allows nozzles of print heads to be cleaned using one common overpressure source generating an overpressure in a plurality of intermediate tanks, and prevents a reverse flow of ink from one intermediate tank to the other intermediate tanks.SOLUTION: An embodiment comprises: an intermediate tank 5 which contains ink for a print head and is connected to the print head via a first supply pipeline; an overpressure source which is connected to the intermediate tank via a pressure pipeline 16, and generates an overpressure in the intermediate tank; and an overflow container 7 which is disposed in the pressure pipeline between the overpressure source and the intermediate tank, and receives overflowing ink in the pressure pipeline in the event of an overflow of the ink in the intermediate tank. |
