PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect armature windings to the outside while securing an internal airtight state without using a dedicated airtight terminal.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine includes: a rotor 7 including field windings and provided in a rotary shaft 5; bearings 6A and 6B supporting the rotary shaft 5; a stator 8 including armature windings and provided in the outer periphery of the rotor 7; a connector 9 including a plurality of lead-out lines U, V and W connected to the armature windings, and for connecting the armature windings to the outside via the lead-out lines U, V and W; casings 1, 3 and 4 fixedly storing the stator 8 and rotatably storing the rotor 7 via the bearings 6A and 6B, and provided with a connecting opening 1a through which the lead-out lines U, V and W are to be passed; and a resin injection member 10 for airtightly closing the connecting opening 1a through which ends of the lead-out lines U, V and W penetrate. |
