PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remotely perform centralized management of a user's entering into and withdrawal from an available space S1, and thereby reduce operational cost of the available space S1 and improve convenience and profitability of rental service of the available space S1.SOLUTION: A rental space management system includes: a rental information database 232 which stores rental information related to an available space S1; a rental management server 2 which provides the stored rental information in a browsable manner, selects an arbitrary available space S1 on the basis of the rental information, and acquires rental application information for the available space S1; and a collation unit 228 which transmits usage start information indicating that usage of the available space S1 is started, or usage end information indicating that usage of the available space S1 is ended, along with current positional information and a renter's ID, and collates the transmitted information with application information stored in the rental information database 232. |
